    To check if the application is able to run correctly on your device, please use a free trial version before you purchase the license.

    After purchasing the license, you may be fully refunded if the application doesn’t work on your device entirely or partially, and we are unable to resolve your issue. You can return your product for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date of the activation key. To apply for a refund, you need to send a refund request via pay@cyberyozh.com.

    Please be aware of the following:

    • You should send your refund request using the email address you entered when you purchased the activation key;
    • If you lost access to the email address you used when purchasing your product, in the email you need to mention the email address you used when purchasing the product and add the details you used when making your payment;
    • To prevent legalization of funds obtained illegally, we may ask you to submit the copies of the documents confirming your identity and place of residence;
    • To prevent legalization of funds obtained illegally, we may ask you to confirm these data by phone.

    The funds will be refunded to your bank account within 10 (ten) bank days after you made the refund request, provided your card details and the required copies of documents. We are not responsible for any delay caused by the improper work of the banking system.

    You will receive a 100% refund of the value of your product in Euro, excluding the discounts if they were given to you when you made your purchase.

    Your bank may charge additional commissions, including those for converting to the currency of your account if necessary.

    After receiving the refund, the license you acquired will be disabled to prevent further use.
